Ok, great. So you should at least have the ability to add a config and configure it. It will be sort of cumbersome unless you have a second mouse and keyboard to configure with. One m/kb set will need to be attached to the PC to navigate the PC Manager app, a second set of m/kb needs to be attached to XIM4 to assign buttons.

Of course this doesn't help with your bluetooth issue. Using Manager over bluetooth is very helpful and I'm sorry that it's not working. I'll see if there is anything else we can do and get back to you.

Could you please tell me what you changed in order to receive the 4x green lights at startup? Did you make changes to your hardware setup or change cables?

I am very happy that it works with the cable, can with a firmware update ios11 will work bluethooth.
4xled green in plug usb the same as you said to me before, I configure the buttons with manage and plug in ps4 it working.
Just a request, please tac pro keyboard compatibility, its great.

Oh, so it's working on iOS now too. That's great, I'm glad it's working.

Thanks for your suggestion on the tac pro keyboard. I'm not sure where we are at with adding competitor peripherals but I don't know that it's a priority. In the meantime if you wanted a smaller keypad XIM4 does support the Logitech G13, it's stick produces analog movement. XIM4 also supports the Razer Orbweaver, it's stick produces digital movement.

Oh I must have misread that. Considering your phones can pair with other devices and XIM4 is unable to show as a pairing option using multiple devices it seems like there is an issue with your XIM4 bluetooth radio. At this point it may help to try another XIM4. If your recently purchased this XIM4 you may want to find out if exchanging it for another is an option.
