I have it on 0 right now. My accuracy went down a bit but I like it so far.

Does this update change the AA bubble around a target? I haven't been able to test it yet because i've been out but if it is that would be extremely good.

Yep.

Basically,

100 = default setting, the AA bubble we have had up till now (very big)

0 = AA only engages when you are on the characters model

0 does sound like it would be really good but might not be best for people who tend to overshoot past the characters model as it might be harder to readjust.

I think it will come down to personal preference, just as some people like lowering aim assist STRENGHTH for certain heroes.
My Setup
Xbox One + XIM 4
Monitor: Asus 24" VG248QE
Mouse: Roccat Kone Pure Owl-Eye @ 2000 DPI 500hz
Mousepad: Coolermaster Swift-RX XL
Keypad: Razer Orbweaver Chroma
Audio: Astro Mixamp -> Amplifier -> Sennheiser HD800 w/ Antlion Modmic 4.0

I feel like AA at 100% and Bubble at 0% would be good.

After doing a bit of testing I have found that the best is around 20-30%. When I tried with 0, it seems that for taller characters such as Ana and widow, the aim bubble doesn't encapsulate their heads, so you essentially get no aim assist if you swipe your cross hair across their heads. This could be due to the fact that blizzard have implemented a circular aim bubble rather than it using the hit boxes.

Setting it to 20-30% manages to include heads, however makes the slow down happen earlier for body shots when aiming across them.

in game under controls--> advanced

I tried it at 0 yesterday. I could definitely sense the difference, still need to adjust to it. On widow it was hitting shots I wouldn't always hit before, and overshooting some shots I normally make. Overall my accuracy didn't suffer and I was critting more

Zen and pharah felt amazing with 0.

On Soldier my accuracy was a few % lower, but at the end of the game I was doing fine.

Gonna try 10-20 tonight

Oh and i put aim assist at 100

I am still using it at 0 and loving it. Alter I got used to it my accuracy went back to what it use to be 52-60ish on most matches. And now I don't feel like my aim is going everywhere during team fight. Also mid-long range head shots with soldier feel better as well.

Maybe abit more like 5 or maybe 10 could be good but for now I think I am going to stick with this.

I had to lower my hip sensitivity from 8 to 7 since I don't need to fight the aim assist anymore.

Here my settings if anyone wants to try.

12k dpi, 7 hip sen, 2.87 for widow and ana ads, no boost, no curve, no steady aim.
In game: all at a 100 except aim smoothing and aim assist window size that are at 0 now.

I take back what I said, turns out I was accidentally turning down the aim assist and not the actual bubble, 0 feels pretty good

I reckon Pharah + Zen I'll put it right down to 0 with 0 Aim Assist.

I'm going to try it at 30-40 tonight for all other characters with 90-100 Aim Assist.

I didn't even know this was in the update until I did my usually daily browse of these forums :-) Awesome community !

Be interesting to hear more thoughts from other players who have been testing around with it.

I really think its personal preference... although I will agree definitely lower it from 100. I've been using different settings for each hero. So someone long range  like widow I've been using 25, medium range soldier 50 and close range tracer 85. I'm still not rock solid on that and plenty more testing to be done but it's been serving me well so far at a GM level(4106sr ATM)

Alright boys I think I found a really nice spot for all characters 100% Aim Assist on all characters.

Widowmaker: 10% Aim Assist Window
All other characters: 50% Aim Assist Window

I run no boost, no curve, steady aim on and I have max sens ingame and max scoped sens. My Xim sens is 4.75 hip and 2.00 ADS (I think not 100% sure) ran at 12k DPI on a small hard mouse pad.

Don't have a screenshot because I forgot to but I had 61% Scoped accuracy as Widow, and I had 69% accuracy as McCree.

I concur, I was playing last night with 50% Aim Assist Window + 100% Aim Assist and it felt nice. Also same DPI as you, although my XIM sens is at 14 which I like.
