Is it supported by XIM4? Can't get it to work :(

It may be supported now but we haven't heard feedback on whether it works or not from the community. If you have this device be sure to use XIM4's latest firmware and please let us know of its status if you're able to.

Everytime I connect my BlackWidow to my xim, my custom color scheme is gone and it defaults to green lighting. Is there a way to keep the lighting color scheme I have when it's connected to my computer and transfer to the XIM4?

check if you can save your light profile on the keyboard itself, maybe it has onboard memory
if it doesnt then there isnt that much you can do as the keyboard will always fall back to default settings once its connected to the xim (and no synpase driver is running in the back)

an alternative could be xim sandhawc, which lets you connect your pc to the xim while all devices are connected to the computer
that way synapse can run in the background ensuring the correct light profile is running
