Xim4 with USB audio adapter
« on: 10:32 AM - 01/11/17 »
Hi - I have read the posts and bought a USB audio adapter for my PS4 as the audio jack on the controller does not work with my headphones after installling the xim4. The adapater has a audio input and a headset input. None work with my headphones and this is a second USB adapter I have bought. My audio is currently running via the optics output.

When I disconnect the xim4 and test my headphones in the conytrolller jack it works. Please advise what I can do to make chat and audio work via my headphones.

Welcome to the community. I'm not very familiar with this but you should have audio output settings in your ps4 settings. When pressing the PS button you should see audio or output options. Select the correct output with the adapter and heaphones attached. Actually, here is documentation. If this doesn't work then I would try another adapter next. I can recommend one below too.
