They did it... They added supply drops...
So far i've gotten asthetics so hopefully it stays that way.
They also added the other maps and new gamemodes.
They leaked these a while ago.... and in that leak there was extra weapons. You really think they don't make those weapons supply drop exclusives like BLOPS 3?
I think I understand their strategy. When the game first comes out, they won't have any of this micro transaction nonsense so they can get the best reviews and people won't complain initially when they make most of their physical sales.
Once sales slow down, they need to exploit the dwindling player base for money because people' aren't really buying the game anymore. At this point it becomes a game of milking the whales as much as possible into spending hundreds of dollars on supply drops. You only need less than 1% of the player base with OCD or other mental issues to sustain the business model.
