Watched this video for hundred times, but have some questions. At first - thanks for making this video its only one, where explained process, " like".
And the other Q:
- i have 4000dpi, 500hz (A4Tech Bloody RT5).
Set hip - 40, aim - 30, and have problems with blinking red light - mouse speed over game speed.
When trying to aim at fire i have a heavy recoil, but i heard xim can deal with it. Or this problem linked to my not direct hands

What do you mean settings zone 35? all sens are 100%, deadzone sens must be 35% ?

I'm actually partly understand this points:
- Steady aim? does it works? and how, i can't feel the difference at all.
- ADS translator
- HIP translator     What the are translating and where?
- Curves - where can i read about it? i feel stupid.

yes exactly, you need to change that each time you start the game i think

steady aim is a CoD feature, so you dont need to worry about using it since it doesnt work with other games
ADS = aim down sight so when you zoom with a weapon for example
HIP = hipfire mode, basically ADS and HIP use different game mechanics so there also are two xim translators to handle each of these (ADS and HIP translator)
they translate your mouse movements to ingame movements

curves are mouse acceleration, you can read more about curves in the large manual under ballistic curve
