After watching the Tutorial Video "Connecting XIM4 to your Console"

My XIM4 is still flashing red instead of the updated "flashing GREEN four times when it is fully initialized". Not sure what step I'm missing. I have the updated firmware 20160405 on my XIM4. Please advise. Thx!

Welcome to the community. What icons are you seeing at the top of Manager? And do you see keypresses in Manager?

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, on top of the Manager I am seeing the keypresses.
