Just wanted to reconfirm if the following keyboard is compatible with the xim4

Unfortunately if it isn't on our hardware compatibility list than we don't have a positive confirmation (http://xim4.com/hardware). But, with our latest Release Candidate build, we've solved most of the hardware compatibility issues we've seen. If it doesn't work, we will want to know about it so we can fix it.

Shouldn't a usb based keyboard with no special drivers be directly compatible with the xim 4 ??

It should, but, nothing surprises us anymore with how some peripherals implement USB "standards". :)

Got it. I can see that the b530 keyboard (a4tech) is in the compatible list. However i can only find b540 here, may be that'll work ?

Got  a CM Storm Keyboard, i went with a known compatible brand rather then something made in korea and not directly compatible as well.

CM storm Trigger works just fine !!
