id look into the logitech keyboards such as k100, k120, k200, ...
they have a really fair price and are great for gaming, spending more money wont make you a better player unlike with a mouse for example

I use a Razer Tartarus and I'm pretty sure you can get them refurbished for like $50 now or cheaper. I know the non chroma version is cheap new too because it's older now.

Tartarus or Orbweaver for digital d-pad. G13 for analog stick.

I'm a lefty, so none of them are viable options. I'm still using my decade-old Z-Board Fang and I'm yet to experience anything that comes close to it. I'd love a lefty Orbweaver to replace it, but sadly that's not an option.

Quick question : would a mechanical keyboard yield a good experience thrn a normal keyboard ? I have a cheap logitec k120 but i feel like the keys are very close to each other and hence my hand often slips

Get a nice mechanical, ducky keys feel excellent. It's worth it, but get a switch tester so you buy what you want the first time. Corsair k70 has macro to any key so you can set up commands, like auto cancel or quick switch. Helps me a lot. For bf4 I have a space bar spam macro for getting into vehicles.
