Welcome to the community. There may be an LED on/off button on your keyboard. Otherwise I would install our latest beta firmware that improves hardware compatibility. Here is a link to that.

You can find the latest beta build by visiting the Release Candidates section of the forum linked below. Please read the installation instructions included in the download threads.

Did you install the latest firmware from the download section or did you install the latest beta firmware from the Release Candidates section? You can find out your firmware version number by going to menu->about in Manager. Knowing your firmware version number will help.

If your setup is drawing more power than is available you will usually have issues with one or more peripherals. Normally the issue is one or more peripheral doesn't work at all. To provide more power to your high power devices you could attach a powered USB 2.0 hub between your keyboard and XIM4. The hub would need to be powered by an electrical outlet and we recommend 2.0, 3.0 is not fully compatible. Note that I don't know if this will solve your problem but it is an option that may help.

Sure, if you'd like to check before you go through the trouble of re flashing just go to menu->about in XIM4 Manager. If your firmware version ends in 0405 then you are not using the latest beta version. If it ends in 0817 then you are up to date. Let us know how it goes.

ok, with the firmware who ends in 0817 IT WOORKS!!! Thanks a lot!!!

The only problem is that if you want to turn on the leds, you must puto it in the pc or ps4 usb, activate it and them put it in the xim4, because with the xim4, the led button dont work,

Thanks again = )

That's odd, I'm not sure why that's a thing but I'm glad its working now.
