I have just the other day purchased a xim4 from one of your distributors. I went to set it up to my console but it would not connect to the app on my phone.

I had a look around and thought it would be because it needed a firmware update. I downloaded the latest manger on my windows 10 pc and plugged xim4 in holding the 'P' button on the back. Light showing blue, but doesn't connect to manager.

I have had a look around on your website for help but nothing seems to work.

How on earth do i get this working...

Welcome to the community. Can you try a different port on your PC? Also do you hear the USB chime ay when you plug it in?

If you purchased XIM4 from Japanese Distributor, then you will need an external BT adapter to use with Android/iOS.
