[RESOLVED] XIM4 Reset & Connection Problem?

Hello!
I can't seem to find how to factory reset my XIM4 as the new update came out once i turn on my console every thing works but then when i open the XIM4 Manager App (Latest update) on my phone and it starts and says
"Connecting..." its stuck on that screen and my XIM4 then has a Solid White Light and i cant further use it until i pull out the cord connecting XIM4 to console and replugging it.

Anyways I would like some help on were to find the factory reset, and the reason to why my phone cant connect X.X Any help will be appreciated

No I cant seem to find anything other than the latest xim4 manager

There is one for Manager and one for the Firmware (version number is 20160405, both say **LATEST**).

Thanks but now that it's factory reset i can't seem to find it on the bluetooth list on my phone to connect to it anymore

Are you on Android? If so, please follow the re-pairing instructions listed in the Manager post. It will guide you though clearing out your Bluetooth Cache (which is unfortunately something Android users have to do).

Everything has been solved thanks to you.
I should of had just lurked around more and  wouldve found it x.x Anyways thank you so much!
