Is it possible to use XIM to aim and G13 to walk in Uncharted?

I keep hearing that some PS3 games like Uncharted 1+2 dont work with the XIM because you can't turn. 

Is it possible to aim accurately with the XIM, but use the LogitechG13 Advanced Gameboard (which has an analog stick) to walk and turn?
