I'm thinking it's the mouse or the mouse port......been playing and it happened again this time the G13 stayed on but the mouse died......

Oh, I misunderstood then. Do you have another mouse to troubleshoot with? Or you could idle/play without your mouse connected but with the controller and g13.

Thanks, I got it now. It confirms one or more of your devices has errors and is quarantined.

How does it run without the mouse connected?

Haven't tried yet.....so what u got out of the log is that's it's either the mouse or G13 and the ports r good to go?

The relevant part of the log shows that there is a device attached with enough errors to quarantine the device. It doesn't show which device or which port. I asked you to do the tracelog when we were trying to determine if it was a device issue, this was before you responded back and idled with just the controller attached to XIM4. That confirmed it was a peripheral or port related issue without the tracelog.

Our next step is isolating each device to see which one produces the error.

Finally able to try a new mouse....Looks like that was the solution....So far not a single disconnect after 5hours of testing....Thanks for the help...
