@#$% the cherry positions are really crooked. Not sure I can reposition them. My 3D editing skills are about zero.

Maybe it's supposed to be crooked?  To fan around the fingers instead of being in a perfect grid?

Wow 17 people interested that’s a lot already. Plunging a bit into 3D modelling I only found two programs that have an interfaces that are usefull. Its Spaceclaim which is so expensive its only for firms and the free Meshmixer which is great.

OK this is a expensive post you read so stop reading as I am not responsible for what happens. If you try Meshmixer you will instantly buy a 3D Printer. The learning curve is so shallow it goes downward.

Roads, I would strongly encourage you guys to go for RC grade sticks. The standard gaming controller thumb sticks are just so horribly bad quality. I've tried dozens of different models from different sources and they are all crap.

The normal controller sticks are ok for walking Tuff. Never thought of having to change them. Which RC grade stik is short enough?

I am on it btw. Tinkercad it is. Awesome program, wish it could do more.

You need some solidworks fam
That "natural curve" you [roads] are talking about was me taking a wild guess what the game was doing (which was completely wrong of course).

😂😂😭

Roads the best sticks I've found are the ones from sparkfun. Even those have pot creep in at least 25%. And I've bought a lot from them.

Interesting.  Wasn't there a kick starter for something similar?
It looked like a game pad but could be separated in two. It was like one side was a Nav and the other with a trigger of some sort? I forget what it was called.

Edit: It was called Grifta. Did anyone get the chance to try it?

Would it be easier to modify the design of something already existent like the ergodox?
