DPI/Sensitivity Formula

What is the formula for calculating DPI/Sensitivity?

For example, what would 66 sensitivity @1200 DPI be if the DPI was upped to 12000 DPI. Would it just be 6.6 (divide by 10) or is the formula different?

Dividing by 10 doesn't give me the same feeling when running at 12000DPI.

NewSensitivity = OldSensitivity * OldDPI / NewDPI
