Help: I plugged in the XIM 2 before install. $$ reward.  (Read 795 times)

Yeah, I'm that guy..  >:(

Can anyone please help me?

I thought that all I'd need to do was delete the profile out of the USB device manager thing, but that didn't work.. and now whenever I try and install XIM2, when I get to the point where I'm supposed to plug in both cables, the XIM cable is not recognized and fails miserably.

I tried searching, and reading through this section, but everything was pertaining to x64 or windows7, im on good ol' XP SP3. Or whatever I found said "You didn't plug it in before installing did you??"

I'll send someone $10 through paypal if you can help :(

If you have a XP restore point you might be able to revert to that one and try agin.

Um...download the driver I included in my signature and install that, then try to run calibration from the installation folder (C:\Program Files\XIM 360)
