I’ve never used XIM on destiny, it’s always been controller and venom, so I don’t have anything to compare to.  I will say that my setup ain’t good right now and I don’t know what’s off.

Yes it does need to be looked at. They know that it needs to be done and it sounds like it is on the to do pile but it has been there for awhile now with no update.

What is it that changed? Because I'm playing D2 on PS5 using Xim Apex beta and I have not noticed a difference. Maybe it's ever so slight a change and I just don't notice it?

With the new turn speed changes it seems we picked up a stutter in micro movements. It can be pushed down with config/Smoothing but once you notice it its hard to un see it.

Best way i got away from it was to force a MjFame (DrRoot Style) config to push everything over to the mouse and take it out of Apex control.

Maybe I'm too much of a simpleton lol. I just normally go with whatever ST I find, use it, maybe adjust a couple numbers a little. Then I never touch it and I just play a lot with it and get used to it. So much of what you're explaining right there goes right over my head. I honestly don't understand a lot of that jargon. Maybe you can get into specifics so I can check my settings when I get home from work and have a look.

Which console are you using? Xbox Series X ST has issues, try the Xbox One ST.

Hey antithesis, I just started playing Destiny 2 again, has the Series X translator been fixed yet, or should I just use the regular one?

Also, I’m using a XIM 4.

Series X has been updated and it's much better. There are still signs of inconsistent X-axis movement, but it shouldn't affect gameplay due to the gravity-well of AA and bullet magnetism.

So I decided to give this config a go.  I can't do the smoothing at 20.  It's soooo floaty.  Was that the intention, or did something change in game since this config was originally set?  Or do I have something else going on that could affect that?  I had to bring this down to 0 and now everything feels PC like from a snappiness perspective.
