Hey RML, real quick one, but occasionally I get a weird lag on my Sprint config... like it doesn't activate and my turn speed is slow. Is there a way around this? I use L stick pressed in to activate (L3).

I added a delay to Sprint you can try removing it or lowering to delay setting. I did this because I felt the opposite lol.. I felt like sometimes Sprint felt twitchy when activated.

Im using the nav also. My ? is how do you use the without clicking on the thunbstick. How can i make it automatic

You also might want to try C1 on ADS with Sync off.. Lol  :)

Will do that now. I just immediately went back to Default Sync with Curve 4 Hip and Sprint and Curve 3 ADS and that is most definitely the one. It's just beautiful. I can't thank you enough, it's the best this game has ever felt (and I've used Xim since Destiny 1).

My personal take only, but I recommend everyone use Default Sync, Curve 4 with Hip and Sprint and Curve 3 with ADS. My sensitivity settings are: Hip 10 (Boost 500), ADS 6.25 (with Y/X 1.25) and Sprint 21.50. 12k DPI and 1000hz polling. It's magical.

Thanks for sharing chris. Have just finished an evening of comp and can say i prefer sync off to sync default. I orefer less aim assist.

Really enjoyed this from rml

Currently:
12000 dpi
1000hz
Sync Off
HIP - 84 + C4
ADS - 56 + Y/X 1.25 + C3
Sprint - 200 + C4
Sparrow - 200 + C4

I use nav, my tip would be dont forget to strafe left and right to proc aim assist. I find left stick movement as important as mouse and conciously remind myself to adjusy using the left stick.

As for the new curves, they definately cut through AA very well and removing boost provides a more stable and predictable experience.

Thanks

Interesting! Definitely with you on your curve setup, they're beaut. The margins of difference I'm talking between Sync Off and Default are tiny, so I can totally see why it comes down to personal preference. It wasn't like Sync Off felt unusable, it just didn't feel like 'home' compared to Default. Just when flicking the crosshairs very quickly to a new target, Off Sync felt a little more unpredictable when it came to slowing the mouse after a flick and positioning for the follow up shot. Default just felt like I would flick to an enemy's head and when I stopped moving my mouse, the crosshair stopped moving instantly and my second shot was already lined up.

There's probably even more refinement I can do, trying out curves 1 and 2 and dialling in sensitivity and boost but it just feels so perfect to me that I'm not too fussed about going even more meta.

Just so I understand, what are you trying to do? Make sprint automatic? So you are constantly sprinting? Or make it so you press the left stick in once to sprint then press it again to cancel sprinting?

Hi rml , i have found a weird  issue with the set up which i am having at the moment. My in game sens is 9.25 hip and 5.69 ADS , i only use COMMON SYNC. The rest everything is as per as your recommended settings. So this sens gets me a 360 turn using hancanons at around 20 cms for hip and around 48 cms for ads . When i adjust my sens to get close to my 360 degree turn sens with your curves , my aim sways a lot ,its not steady at all while using the curves u recommended for ads. I loved the set up but am not able to use it in my ADS profile because of this issue. I tried curve 4 on hip and  curve  3 on ADS profile

The curves work better at higher sensitivities. The sway you feel is due to the vertical inclines in the steps. This will be more noticeable at lower sensitivity. That is why these work so well for Hip (fast movement). For Ads, if you’re a sniper or if you spam ADS a lot then you probably won’t like it. I can smooth out the curves for ADS, but then they won’t be as effective at cutting through AA.

Added a “smooth” version of my curves. If You’re a lower sens player and Aim feels wavy then I suggest the new curves. They should also be used for snipers especially with no AA.

Which curves have you settled on for hip, ads and sprint?

so do i read that as ads curve 1 being the weakest AA and 6 being the strongest?

hip 4 makes using boots without traction almost bearable

The numbers are reflecting how aggressive the curve is at overcoming AA. 1 being the least aggressive (most AA feel), 6 being the most aggressive (least AA feel).

I can rename them maybe to help with the poll. I won’t have time till this weekend. IMO though. All you need is my current setup, which I’ll add later today.
