Giving the new curve a try.  Have to play around with my sensitivity since it's too sensitive ATM

Yes, latest firmware/manager 20160405.

Just to clarify, with my latest ADS curve. I primarily created this for use with close to (close) mid range encounters (with snipers, pistols and shotguns) and I was doing alot of sweep shots.

For mid (long) to long range encounters I would suggest using a snipe button to decrease DPI and increase AA.

For long range engagements u lower the DPI to take away some of the jitter/twitchness? Polling u still keep that at 1k or 500 (for long range)?

^ Yes, that is one way of slowing your aim and making it more precise.

I've always preferred 500, especially for this type of scenario.

just remember guys when you do test your settings in patrol make sure if your playing crucible go into like rumble or classic 6v6 and adjust your settings while in the game because the aim assist varies.  pvp is either going to have sronger aim assist or less but most likely stronger since players are rapidly and constantly moving so youll want to set your settings accordingly that way your not having a hard time tracking enemies. in pv3 most of the time enemies are standing still slight moving and the hitbox is a little different since is based on your connection... anyways just a little tip when you are experimenting or trying to adjust your settings with RMLs setup

If anyone is brave enough, please try the old firmware. I'll redo the curves for anyone that wants to give it a go. I would just really like to get more data on what's happening here with STv1 and STv2, especially when it comes to Destiny. STv1 seems to really handle Aim Assist better for me.

If anyone's interested, let me know. I'm redoing the curves now for 1114 firmware/manager.

I went back to that version but @#$%, having to convert the code to the older curve and doing the buttons all over was a pain.

Totally agree, but the game definitely feels like how I remember now and is much more enjoyable.

First post,  but been using xim on destiny for a year or longer now.    Never thought I'd feel a difference by downgrading firmware to 20141114.

Feels alot more crisp and clean.   My sniper shots that felt like they should of hit do now.

I'm new to the keyboard and Mouse world so my appolgies if this is a bad question. Everything I hear is aim assist is bad for mouse and KB play.if that is correct I should use weapons with low aim assist to help counter its affect. By doing this I would have to have a less aggressive curse to battle aim assist.

Or is aim assist overall a good thing and helps me while I try to work against it in some areas?
