I feel like I might be missing something, but when I click the three dots using the 20150816 manager I'm not able to paste anywhere. Any ideas?

Watch the video I posted at this link if you need further clarification.

Copy is on the left, paste on the right. Do you have this?

Thanks, that's what I was missing. I was unsure what those buttons did  ;D

So I'm curious I want to snipe, so is there a something I could set up in addition to normal ads to snipe? Or would I have to have a new setup and if so what would the ballistic curve be?

You could do this by having a secondary key bound to ADS, and then also have the same key activate a new setup with lower sensitivity/ballistics. Essentially you end up having a different button that you just use to ADS when using a sniper rifle. Seems to work well for me but it does take some getting used to.

Hey RML..  Great setup and i am trying to use it.  At first i couldn't understand why you mapped certain buttons on the mouse.. But after testing i realized that this setup is ideal.  I've searched this entire post for your LGS settings, and even found posts that referenced Imgur links, but i cannot find them at all.  I apologize if i've overlooked something, but could anyone point me to the LGS Imgur pics?  Thank you all so much!

Wow thanks for this RML! I watched your video and I am in the same boat. I'm 35 years old, work 50 hours a week, and when I get game time it's not very much time at all. This is going to save me a ton of time trying to create a config that works so I just want to say thank you very much for taking the time to create and share this with everyone.
My issue is the Destiny turn cap, it's driving me crazy. I don't have the same hardware you are using and I'm wondering if loading these settings will work just the same?
I use a Logitech G5 that has max DPI of 2000 (should I buy a new mouse?)and a G15 keyboard.
I'm assuming that I will have to increase the sensitivity of the Hip and Ads but will I have to make any changes to the curve and boost settings with my hardware or are these two settings unaffected by mouse DPI?

New ximer here. I've been playing on the default destiny profile and must say I find the HIP and ADS to be pretty good. I'm hitting the turn cap a lot but I'm guessing that's a limitation I just can't really do much about.

I found my way to this post because the main problem with the default setup appears to be the sprint/vehicle config. I'm assuming my xim4 is on the official 2014 firmware. I'm looking at upgrading but see the latest is 20151110 and this post refers to the one before that. Does anyone know if these settings work on the latest firmware?

Yes, you can use it with the latest RC and then just copy the settings for the new firmware from august.

This setup will help with turning everything and you don't have to change anything other then your Sensitivity and button layout.

You can use the dpi calculator in the OP to determine what your sens should be. I use 8,000 dpi. I would suggest that you upgrade to a gaming mouse that has at least 3600 dpi. However, you don't absolutely HAVE to, just a recommendation. I personally don't like using mice with less dpi then that. I would also recommend an optic sensor mouse like the G502 or G400s if you're going to upgrade.

I love it when the community helps out, Thank You!

He's right, just the firmware is new, not manager.  ;)

I just had to thank you, RML, for taking the time to put this guide together for new people to get their XIM4's set up fresh out the box with utter ease! This guide also taught me a lot more about the XIM4 before I even owned it! I felt I knew where to go and what to do the second my unit arrived.

Always appreciate people going above and beyond on the internet, like this, to make transitions simple for everyone.

i'm wondering if there is someway to enable the left mouse button to be used for a single sword swipe instead of a super move. i know some sort of config would have to be created but how would i do so?

I just switched to the regular linear curve with higher sensitive and have noticed it is MUCH easier to get those headshots compared the RML's ADS curve, but it's harder to track people and push through that auto aim when using other weapons.... We need a good curve that gives us the best of both worlds ideally but sadly I am a complete simpleton when It comes to these ballistic curves...
