G502 can go up to 12000 DPI. What are the advantages and disadvantages of running 12000 DPI vs the 4000 used in this ST?

It's all personal preference. Try both and see what works best for you.

I am referring to the DPI and polling rate of RML's setup so this would be the right thread. I wanted to know if there was a specific advantage to specific DPI and polling #s or if its just personal preference.

I believe he was talking about his own post, he since moved it to the D2 thread but posted that instead of deleting it lol. I've actually thought about deleting this thread. But I think there are still some Destiny 1 players out there.

Ok so I have had my xim4 since they came out and only used it like twice all very basic stuff I put in just so I could aim with mouse basically. I had no problem hitting the "select to win, then paste into manager" I even checked ur pics and video to make sure I have the G502 set up (I moved two things I think but still. where I'm having a problem is I clearly didn't do something right cuz when I get everything plugged in and try to test this nothing happens... infect I can get nav joystick to move occasionally but not mouse, buttons don't work... its a mess haha I really tried sifting through the pages to make this work without asking but bro I'm just lost now, didn't get my flawless and been struggling with this for 3 days hahaha can't say how much I would love some [email protected]! Can even hop in discord or something so I can make sure I didn't totes mess up.
Also side note once I got everything plugged in and I launch the manager app I wanted to swap lets just say a few buttons around, but when I try it just says listening and won't register my input --

I've just buy a XIM APEX and I see that you use one.
Could you tell me if you post a setup for Destiny 2 for the XIM APEX ?

I am just curious RML if you are still using any curves for D2 hip and ads, and if not, what settings have you landed on?

well yes im also very interessted in your D2 settup because im absolutly not happy with mine right now. Aim Assist still holds me away from target and im also struggling between 4k and 12k dpi..

These are the same settings as for the XIM4 or you have changed ?

Hey all,

Original XIM1 user here, it's been a while since I've posted (6 years) big shout to the old school crew, Mist, Moose and Obs in particular

I started playing Destiny 2 on PC a while back and have recently bought a PS4 to play Destiny 1, I'm using a Xim Apex and have searched for updated ST's and found this thread, as per previous posts I'm struggling with turn speed and it feels a bit 'muddy'

Is there a Xim 4 to Xim Apex converter so I can use these or can anyone recommend a config for me to try?

Wow... it's the thread that keeps on giving. You know I'm actually glad you brought this thread out of the grave (thanks for searching). I've been thinking of playing some Destiny one as of late (you in Remix?).

Anyways, I've transferred most of these curves over to Destiny 2 and APEX, you can find those curves here - https://community.xim.tech/index.php?topic=56658.msg626940#msg626940

These are the best curves for Destiny 1 & 2. Just find the ones that work best for you. I haven't updated Destiny 1 in a long time... so the curves are dated.

Maybe I'll updated it just because. Thread does deserve some love. Brings back alot of memories and I think alot of people learned alot about XIM from this thread (including myself). After all it's one of the most viewed threads like EVER on the forum!

Your welcome, always better to search first. I take it Remix is a clan? If so nope, not in it, as I've already got a D2 PC clan (SoulSeekers) and have just started the same clan in D1 (However only have a few members in atm as most don't have a PS4)

Yeah great thread, as I was XIM1/XIM2 a lot of things have changed so have been trying to 'update myself' info wise.
