Quick question....not about helicopters LOL. In the LGS macro's having trouble binding middle mouse button, wheel up, wheel down....any ideas? or can you point me in the right direction

Havent tried this out yet. But can I use your settings even if I got a g400s mouse. Or it have to be the g502 with 12500 dpi? At work now and maybe have to drop by the store back home. Even if the g400 works. Will the performance be much better with the g502 with much higher dpi?

EDIT.
Ok, read in posts before how to get your own numbers. Atm I just put the sensitivity up to max(500) that the only setup I change.. Will try this when I get home and see if I get a better feeling of it.

I've got a g502 and a Playstation Gold Wireless headset on the way, its been ok so far with the MX518 but Im hoping to see a nice difference with the new mouse.

Gold Wireless Headset is fantastic and the G502 mouse made a huge difference vs the old MX518. I've only tried it so far at 8000 DPI but I may try it at the max 12000 tonight and see how it feels. Thanks for all the info here.

Using the G502 with 2400 DPI your settings working perfetly, not to fast or to slow.
Changing DPI to 8000, its far too fast.
Actually I using HIP at 7.5, ADS 3,3 and Running at 25

Ingame sensitivity is at 10 (maximum)

You should use a negative acceleration curve for ADS. Something that looks kind of like the one on the right here.
I will be showing you guys how to do this with the fire button sometime down the road, when OBs fixes sub settings.

Nothing wrong, just sounds like you're a Low Sensitivity player. I would suggest raising your DPI setting and lowering your sens. Try something like 4000 DPI with 5.5 hip, 2.2 ADS. In my experience XIM feels smoother with dpi over 3600.

I am a complete newbie to XIM, I just got it in the Mail today, How do I copy paste into the config?  I am using the iPhone flight test map.  Im not sure how to get these settings T__T.

2400 DPI with your settings was perfect for me, I was wondering 

I calculated:
ADS was at 11,25 perfect at 2400 DPI
With 4000 DPI it shoud be:

4000/2400 = 1,66
11,25/1,66 = ~6,77

And Hip
25/1,66 = ~15,06

Btw: How you can play with this high sensitive.. its crazy I using for fast view the running hold toggle, its pretty awesome.

RML, many thanks for sharing your config, it was a good starting point.
But I still couldn't figure a couple of things:

1. My firmware is latest, but I can't find aim assist field in my app.
2. I did LGS setup as you recommend and still can't bind DPI buttons. In windows environment it works properly (types 3 and 2) but xim app can't recognize they anyway. Maybe I need to try to assign a buttons 2 and 3 directly from the keyboard and then switch back to nav?

Hello,
I'm a new XIM4 user and I've been trying to follow along with your advanced setup guidelines.  I'm beginning to better conceptualize all of the potential in the XIM4 and in a mouse with onboard memory.  So thank you for all of the information you've included.

One area of confusion I have is in regards to the activation of the Running configuration.  In your HIP/ADS setup, you have J9 set to Sprint (Hold to start the Run Config), but in your Vehicle configuration you have (B) on the mouse set to go to the Running configuration.  Is there a way to assign two activation buttons to a single config?  And in doing so, wouldn't that (B) on the mouse then interfere with your melee by pulling up the Running configuration while trying to melee while in HIP/ADS Config?

I'm sure there is something easy that I'm missing (perhaps older images from different/conflicting configurations?), but any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
