XIM Commander won't start

Says Xim Manager needs to be running first and it is.  This is what my shortcut path looks like on XIM Manager "C:\Program Files (x86)\XIM Technologies\XIM4\" /commander"

what gives?

You'll need to add the executable to the command line:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\XIM Technologies\XIM4\XIM4 Manager.exe" /commander"
