Issue: Launching Manager in commander mode.

I re installed windows, and i cant get manager to work. I keep getting the spinning logo when i start xim4 manager with the "commander" argument. I didn't change any physical cables, i just re installed manager. I have a felling i am missing step. Any help is appreciated.

Found it, i went to the downloads page from the home page of xim4.com and it put me at a download that was older/wrong version to run commander.
