G'day gents and ladies,

First of all, seeing as this is my first post on the forums, I salute everyone!

Secondly, and the reason why I opened this thread, is that I'm currently "gearing up" for my new console. (PC gamer since forever, delving into consoles, PS4, for the first time). The main reason I haven't tried consoles is that I dread playing FPS games with controllers; XIM to the rescue :)

I currently own the mice, in the thread subject:
a4tech bloody
razer mamba(not the 2012 eddition one)
asus rog gx1000

Has any1 worked with XIM 4 and these/can confirm they are working?I see that the mamba 2012 is listed in the supported list, but not the "old" one.

Cheers,
Voodoo

Welcome to the community. I'm not familiar with the a4tech or the asus, the look like nice mice though. I hope someone can chime in and confirm for you (and us so we can add them to the hardware compatibility list).

Thanks for the welcome :).

My PS4 should arrive on Tuesday, the XIM4 is already here, with updated firmware.
Will give the mice a try and let you guys know how they work.

Oh, should I just install the manager on PC and plugin the XIM with a USB cable?

Yes, that'll work. It just needs power.

Quick update from me:
- the Razer Mamba(first eddition) works fine.
- will try the ASUS ROG GX1000 once I get back from work today as it has higher DPI then the Razer
- won't bother with the A4tech Bloody as it only max 3000 dpi.

@ OBsIV
I did however experience some issues. Scenarios below:
1) XIM manager , with XIM4 directly plugged in the PC with the USB cable works flawlesly
2) Pairing the XIM4 with my Allview X1 Soul Android phone works well.
3) Starting the XIM4 manager on the phone works well
4) this is where the issue came up. When I try to add a new config, the XIM4 flashes white, as not responding.
5) at this point I reflash the XIM4 to factory settings, which happens to be the latest version already.
6) retried steps 2,3,4 with the same outcome, when I try to add a new confif the XIM4 flashes white and it's not responding
7) to FIX this I:
7.1) connected XIM4 to PC, via UBS
7.2) restore to factory settings gain
7.2) added a new config while plugged into the PC
7.3) repair-ed to my Android phone
     7.4) started XIM 4 Manager
7.5) I can make changes to the config, save etc, everything's fine
7.6) if I try to add a new config, via Android phone , the XIM 4 freaks out again.

Note: will come back later today and confirm if my second mouse works as-well.

Quick update, the ASUS RoG GX1000 mouse works great as-well. Sticking with this on e as it's capped at 8400 dpi, unlike my razer which is capped at 5000.
