G502 stopped tracking

I went to play last night and my guy wouldn't look around but all buttons work. Plugged into computer and same problem. I guess it died. Anyone else have this problem?

Send that @#$%er back to logitech, they'll fix it or send you a new one. Never had to deal with them, but from what I've read they have great customer service.

That's the new model right?

Not sure,  didn't know there was a new g502. I might buy a new one and send this one in to be fixed. I have a g600 but It sucks switching to a different mouse.

Hate to say it but from experience Logitech products are very shoddy. Fortunately, they give you zero hassle about replacing them.
