Good advice here.  The nice thing is that what they sent you is visible to Sony, so you don't even have to argue your case.

ignore it like threats of lawsuits very very few people go through with their threats, Ignore them and don't fan the fires. I wouldn't respond as it only makes it seem you give a @#$%. If they claim your cheating and going to report you just let them. They have no proof. Logs will not show anything besides someone using normal controller inputs.

Just report them especially if they are using vulgar immature  language and and acting behavior. They will end up getting themselves banned in the process when you report them and they see the message logs
