Playstation Move Navigation Controller Support

My XIM4 has been ordered!  I'm preparing for it to arrive.
I just purchased the Playstation Move Navigation Controller, as it seems like a great solution to couch gaming.
I was just wondering if the controller's pairing with the XIM4 is as simple as pairing to the console.

I'm assuming that I have to plug the controller into the XIM4 device, press the P button to sync via bluetooth, and once it's complete I'll be able to unplug the device while keeping it connected.
The instructional videos did not cover much in regards to the Move Navigation Controller, so I wanted to ask the support forum directly.

If the procedure is different, please let me know!  Thanks in advance!

WIRELESS NAV SETUP
To use your Sony Move Navigation Controller wirelessly, you don’t need any extra hardware. Your XIM4’s
internal Bluetooth radio will be used. Follow these steps:
1. Make sure your XIM4 is OFF
2. Make sure your Nav is OFF and fully CHARGED
3. Plug your console controller into Port 3 on your XIM4
4. Plug your Nav wired (using a mini-USB cable) into Port 2 on your XIM4
5. Connect your XIM4 to your console that is already on
6. Wait for your XIM4 to initialize
7. Verify your Nav is working by using it’s analog stick and pressing it’s buttons
8. Unplug your Nav
After these steps, your Nav will be paired with your XIM4. These steps only need to be performed once. Next time
you power up your XIM4, simply press the PS button on your Nav and it will connect to your XIM4.

Please be aware that there is a bug concerning Nav in that you cannot connect Manager wirelessly after you connect Nav wirelessly. Also, some are reporting the Nav causing aim to jump at times. Both are issues we are investigating.

I got the XIM4 and I've tested everything.  Works great!  Thanks for replying guys (:
As for the random jump in aiming, yeah I've noticed it.  It happens once every few games but it's not problematic.  I'll be sure to report back if I notice any other bugs!

If the occasional twitch does get on your nerves, you can get away from it by using the nav in wired mode.  It's not an ideal solution, but it's a workaround until the twitch bug is located and fixed.

- Can i map any button on Sony Nav? I want put moves, Run, spot and fire on Nav

- if Nav wired, will have better input lag than wireless?

-  Will be charging too, wired to Xim4?

Yes you can map all buttons on the nav controller, I use it on an xbox one, I use the trigger for ADS and the bumper button for reload (since there is no point in ADS "and" reloading at the same time) the PS button is my xbox guide button, the D pad is the same.

Don't know about input "lag" time between wired vs wireless, (I play at my desk and it's pointless to use it wireless).

Yes your xim4 should keep the Nav fully charged while in wired mode. I haven't had an issue with my Nav not working because of low battery. (Had this issue with xim3)(but now think it's because I killed that first NAV controller.... Lol)(that's why I got 2 new ones with the xim4; still haven't used the 2nd nav).

I use the NAV wireless with my G700s, there is no lag.

What button is everyone using to jump with a PS NAV+g700s setup? or any mouse with a PS Nav controller setup..?

This isn't working for me.  I had the xim3 a while ago, just got this.  Havent played a game yet.  I follow the instructions up to trying it to make it work, it does nothing.  The xim4 flashes red, the nav also for a while then stops.

also tried updating the firmware to 20141114 (is that really the latest version?)  it said my version was newer.  would love to get this going, just spent so much money on xbox one just to use this in games
