Just curious if dead nation could be tinkered with to make playable? Tried myself to adjust mouse sensitivities but failed with the glitchy aim movement... wondering if anyone else has attempted this?

Probably not viable.

When twin stick shooters are ported to PC (see: Geometry Wars), a cursor is generally added to indicate the point of aim.

Dead Nation's aiming is contingent on the analog stick being pressed in a given direction to specify which direction to aim. While mouse support could theoretically be created, it would be very unnatural at best.

Stick with with the controller.

Yeah, the problem is that you need to simulate continuously holding the stick to the side, which means continuously moving the mouse in one direction, and that's obviously not feasible unless you have arms like Elastic Girl or something.
