Thank you everyone for your continued support of the project! The store was opened today with no announcements other than from this forum to give active community members a chance to order before general announcements go out. The response is nothing less than phenomenal. We are receiving orders at a rate way higher than all prior XIM products combined during their advertised releases.

Our fulfillment group has very large backlog of orders to process. The soonest they will be able to start shipping is Wednesday 7/30. Their shipping process is streamlined (we've learned a lot shipping XIMs in the past), but, it will still take time to get through all the orders. We ask you have patience during this process. They are working as quickly as they can to ship and handle all your questions.

Orders continue to come in while our fulfillment group ships the product out. People are starting to post pictures of their XIM4s which is great to see! I'm looking forward to hearing about everyone's experiences.

Unfortunately, one thing that is really slowing fulfillment down is customers wanting to change their shipping method. Making changes like correcting an address is not an issue. However, changing shipping methods requires manual steps and additional cost processing. As to not slow down shipping throughput, an order that needs a shipping change will be delayed. Our fulfillment group will make every effort to minimize that delay, but, orders without changes will take priority.

Concerning shipping to other countries, we've added back many countries that were missing. However, certain countries like Russia and Brazil (and several other South American countries) will remain off the list due to government sanctions and customs policy. We apologize for the inconvenience.
