Doubt about XIM 4 shipping

Hello friends,

First of all, I tried to send this doubt in the "contact us" area but it didn't submit. Well, I am a regular costumer of yours, I already bought XIM 3 and Edge with you but I have one doubt about XIM 4, that I intend to buy of course. I would like to say that I'm getting crazy waiting until XIM 4 releases but my question is: is it possible to buy XIM 4 at its release date and you send it in a different date? I'm asking this because I have a friend that will go to USA by August and I was realising if XIM 4 releases, let's say, by the end of july, if it's possible for you guys send it at the moment that my friend will be in America?

Yes, I think that would be possible. Our shipping group will reply to you. They could set it aside and ship on the date you request.

Went ahead and contacted them directly for you. Their response:

"Customer would need to indicate this special request in the comment section of the order and also indicate the date they would like the order shipped.  The order will then be placed on hold. If the comment is not made in the order, the order will ship as usual."
