Yeah Wildstar is alright, I liked the PVP so far.. I played the beta a couple weekends ago.

how is this game? I've been out of wow for 2 years.

However, the marketing campaign for this game is creative and they do a great job of making Wildstar look fun. is this something you can casually play a few hours a week?

It's keeping my attention, that's for sure.  With it's skillshots for both you and NPCs it's very different i don't feel like i'm just button mashing.

I am still just at the beginning and can only hit level 20 so who know where the game will go for me from what I have heard it only gets better at higher levels because you start to really feel the mechanics of having to interact with the game and dodge spells.

Side Note: it is in open-beta right now! come play for free.
