XIM4 Group Order Guidelines

Hello everyone, here are the guidelines concerning group orders from our fulfillment group. The goal of group orders is to provide a way for our valued international community members to save on shipping to their country by combining XIM4s into a single shipping container. However, we encourage you to also contact our distributors in your area for quantity orders to compare pricing.

  • Group orders will only be allowed for exact counts of 25 or 50.
  • XIM4 units will be shipped in their retail boxes.
  • Designated re-shipper must appropriately repackage individual retail XIM4s for shipping.
  • Re-shipper must not open XIM4 retail boxes.
  • XIM Technologies, Inc. WILL NOT be responsible for lost, damaged or units not sent during the re-shipping process.
  • Group shipping and individual re-shipping prices will vary based on postal codes.
  • Retail per-unit price of XIM4 will remain unchanged (no volume discounts).
  • Re-shipper will be responsible for customs fees and taxes (please contact FedEx in your area for these fees).
  • Group orders will be shipped FedEx International Economy (Priority on request -- please verify shipping costs).
  • Group orders will need an extra day for processing.
  • All those participating in the group order must have XIM Store accounts.
  • The group order must have all participant store account IDs included in the order.
  • Warranty/RMAs will be handled directly between the group order participant and XIM Technologies, Inc.
