What webcam should I buy???!?!?


Logitech C310 USB 2.0 HD WebCam
Logitech C920 USB 2.0 certified (USB 3.0 ready) HD Pro Webcam
Microsoft 5WH-00002 LifeCam Studio for Business USB 2.0 WebCam
Microsoft Q2F-00013 USB WebCam

I need some more camera's for streaming on twitch and for capturing my hands and solder work...

Requirements:
* No sloppy motion
* 1080p for solder work
* ease of mounting

Secondly, should I buy a mic or just a new mixamp so i can pass my chat audio along to the stream?

The logitech c920 has good reviews and good low light performance.

However, you'll want to go with this

I can vouch for ^^ camera.. very good if you have 10k laying around... or if you want to make your own indie film :P

Logitech C920 USB 2.0 certified (USB 3.0 ready) HD Pro Webcam(Best of the ones listed)
Microsoft 5WH-00002 LifeCam Studio for Business USB 2.0 WebCam(Own and the quaility is okay/Autofocus is a PITA sometimes)
Microsoft Q2F-00013 USB WebCam(Marginal video quality)

Dedicated mic and pc interface will sound much better than astro's out but the price is much cheaper w/ the Mixamp.

dont RED cameras start in the 40k region for just the basic core model without any accessory? :P
lots of cinema movies are made with RED cameras

I have a PC right beside me, it is top of the line....sound card and all is there a better PC setup

u can get a decent used one for 10k

There are literally 100s of combos for mic and interfaces. What are you looking to spend and I'm sure a few of us can recommend a dedicated mic setup. As far as camera the Logitech HD Pro C920 is the best on the market currently for quality per dollar.

i just bought a logitech c525 , looks good but its only 720p. only 25$ on ebay though
