PLEASE HELP... XIM4 Doesn't work anymore

Hello everyone,

My XIM4 doesn't work with my Xbox One anymore. This is what I did:

1. Bought a new Xbox One and updated it to the latest software version.

2. Updated the Xbox One Controller by connecting it through USB directly to Xbox One.

3. Plugged in XIM4 to Windows 8.1 PC in firmware update mode and flashed (restored defaults) to Firmware 20150212.

4. Plugged in Xbox One Controller to Port 3, Mouse (G502) to Port 1 and PS Move to Port 2. Turned Xbox ON. The plugged the XIM4 to the USB port on Xbox One.

Result: Flashing sequence of lights and finally it stays SOLID BLUE.

My Xbox One controller doesn't work, neither can I setup bluetooth pairing.

Please help!

Can you tell us exactly what the lights are your XIM4 are doing?

I just managed to figure out the problem.... I was using a 3rd party cable connecting the xbox to the xim4. I changed it back to the original cable and its working now..


However a new issue, ever since I did the update the the smart translator v2 I notice that my G502 is not running properly.

I have it at 12000 dpi and 500hz polling.

Earlier i used to use 25 sensitivity on hip and 24 on ads.... now even at 160 sensitivity the hip is really really slow..

How do i fix this?

sorry...you are right. just changed my ingame sensitivity. Took a long hiatus from gaming and now recently got back.
