Didn't hotpockets do a recall recently?  Something about using rotten meat "on accident".

Are you sure they didn't use fresh meat on accident?

I swear to god I will bring forth a rage so complete in it's fury that your innards would boil from the sheer amount of energy pouring from your monitor.

Rook said everything that can be said.

Ah prosecco da cheap mans shampers! 5.49 a glass in my local boozer!
Doing the wine and rice thing would do my head in, i'd have to try it both ways to see if there was an improvement in flavour. Just in case!

Thats what i like about cooking, improvising, but at the same time its good to test every angle. The devil is in the details matey.

Its like taking the simplest collage meal you could make, beans on toast!
Cook your beans in a microwave, its ok. But slow cook them in a pan over gas and they're so much better.

There are reasons to do things certain ways most times!

It probably is better cooking down gallons of wine to make the rice.  I didn't have half a day to stand over a simmering pot stirring a bunch of rice though.
