Mods Controller+XIM4E！Is it working?

I saw a lot of mods controllers like dynamic and EvilControllers.
If I use XIM4E+Mods controller + Mouse +Keyboard, and I use mouse to shout, is the mods working?
I have mods mouse but it doesnt working.
I know mods controller like cheating, but......you know.
