Warface beta starts today!

I played a half dozen or so rounds.  It's definitely a beta but I had a smile on my face.  The snipers are way OP though.  It takes like 8 bullets for every gun to get a kill but only one with a sniper........lol.  The maps and graphics remind me of early CoD's...........lol.

I just used a CoD translator.  BO2 I think.  It did alright.  Maps crack me up.  They are so simple.......lol.  Very early CoD/Rainbow Six'ish.  Guns have alot of recoil.  With taking a minimum of 5 hits to get a kill it's not an easy task unless it's a real close encounter (which happens alot).  Spawn trapping is really easy in this game.  I had a few really good rounds sitting inside their spawn picking them off one by one as they spawned in.........lol.  There is a 10 second spawn delay.

This is a different game Mist.  This is Warface, not Titanfall.  I wish I'd received a beta code for Titanfall though.......lol.

I got my beta code earlier today. Tried playing a few games with a cod and bf config but it just doesn't feel right. The up and down sensitivity is so much faster than the hip. So if you increase your sens to try and have a decent hip speed the vertical speed goes way to fast. Overall it feels kinda slugish to me. Hopefully there is a ST made for it as it's F2p so it would be cool just to be able to jump on and wreck house when the notion takes me...

I tried it with a Crysis ST with and without the normal ballistic curve I use and it was slightly better but it still felt unresponsive, it's like someone said it's like " custard mouse " it's hard to explain. It's not as responsive as cod or battlefield. I know they're not the same look mechanics but it doesn't feel as good as Crysis did either and they're both ran on the same engine I think.

this game, is really really good.  spent all last night playing it!  what a game.


The guns are good.. the hit detection seems good.  the maps are intricate enough!


only negatives I saw were a bit of lag, and the fact that buying kredits could get costly.


the beta on xbox is offering free 500 blocks of credits all for free.  someone said on PC they were like $5USD for 500 kredits.  if that is the case, i will never buy any.


anyhow, the gae is good! cant wait for full release.

Open beta on 360 started today.  2.9gb DL.  You need to dsearch games on 360 for warface a and then make sure after you type in the letters "warface" you click the first option in the returned list.  And then select (warface beta) gale to download.


Need a good alternative ST until ffull release any ideas are welcomed...
