Profile switch requirements?

I know that you can't switch between profiles while the manager is linked, but what else is required? I.e. The Bluetooth link needs to be cut?
I noticed I force closed the app last night yet I still couldn't profile switch unless I unplugged and re plugged the xim.

Hello,

Have you assigned hot keys to switch profiles in the "Global" settings in the XIM Manager?

I did this and also color coded each configuration so I'm able to switch them quite easily using my chosen hot keys (even without the XIM Manager running).

Thanks, but yes - I'm well aware of those. I just noticed even after force closing the manager, still wasn't able to profile swap unless I restarted the xim.

Odd, I can switch configs as soon as the app is closed. BT still on.

Ah ok sorry, strange, i'm not having any issues with that at all.
That's the like the one thing that didn't give me problems lol.
