The most exciting thing here is the incredible amount of customization. We already knew there would be a ton of different equipment and accessory items, however Bungie is taking it to another level and creating additional accessories and add ons for each piece, and on top of that you can change the texture of every piece. There will be more customization than has possibly every been seen in a RPG. This has me pretty excited honestly. Who whats to look like the player next to them? Lets hope it's as good as it looks.

I really just want the PvP to be solid and competitive, otherwise this is just another Borderlands style game to me.

I know that is pessimistic, but hey, I loved Borderlands. I just want more than repetitious PvE and co-op, that can only keep me hooked for like a week at most usually.

I am hopeful for the game though. It looks nice and since it is Bungie I think they know enough about good multiplayer to keep things exciting in Destiny. I do question their lack of a PC version though.

I meant to post this a couple days ago. It's a new video discussing the size of Destiny.

Essentially, Bungie has released that each area in Destiny (Moon, Earth, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn) will be about the size of the entire Halo Reach game. That's pretty crazy

But sometimes they make these MMO's too big and then you have these "zones" that no one ventures to.

Then they become un-traverseable because there is nothing but high level mobs there and you have no one to help you out.

That may not happen in this game and I hope it doesn't.

please forgive me but my knowledge on MMOs is too limited ahaha   


i think for me it would work out well if no one ventures to an area, as it will mean the rewards/loot becomes rarer.. on the other hand i can see your raids point since i will need to rely on strangers to get through them since i don't have many friends that are likely to get the game..

Every player in destiny will have a personal vehicle to quickly get around the huge maps. If you ever find yourself stuck, and don't want to make your way back to a safe point, I believe you can call in your ship and it will pick up and drop you off somewhere.
