I have been following the XIM4 project for awhile now as i am an avid gamer that has always played with mouse and keyboard.  With that being said i also took the plunge and bought a ps4 to play FPS on, due to the continued lack of support for the PC community.  I am looking forward to the XIM4 when it gets PS4 capabilities.  Thanks for the hard work you guys r putting in this project!!!!    Jadd

In businesses or finances, October is the start of Q1 in a fiscal year, which is where your friend is probably coming from. In a FY, Q1 ends Jan 1st. Seeing as it's late February, it's probably safe to say that they are talking about Quarter 1 of Calender year 2014 :)
