Siege is next after Sniper Elite 5's batch. New game support takes priority over ST updates.

The new siege season is scheduled for June 7th at this time. May be better to push the retrain to after the new season in case any new changes occur. Otherwise we may end up in the same position with people asking for a new ST right away.

Thanks, I appreciate the heads up. Sniper Elite 5 should be finished right around then so this is good to know.

foxholenorman, could you share which platform you're playing the game on and give an example of the problem you're having?

Sorry, didnt know you got to the game already. i am playing on the series x. Before the patch i wad able to play with the deadzone at 0 without any issues, it was sublime. Now i get stick drift and general really janky aim and look mechanics when inlower the deadzone from default.

Sorry, I'm not sure why that would be aside from SAB if you're playing with APEX. If so, try setting SAB from 0 to Off in your config settings.

Note that using a 0 in-game deadzone with XIM doesn't usually give the same benefit as it does with controller players. Controller players do this to increase responsiveness, no deadzone means less stick movement is needed to move the reticle. STs remove the deadzone so any initial movement moves the reticle.

It's recommended to use the game settings from the settings page: http://xim.tech/settings

No worries, thanks for still checking the ST. Have a great day.

The new siege season got delayed again. Are you planning to check the mechanic once it releases?

Bloodhunt aim mechanic changed after today's patch.
Feels like the deadzone was made smaller because my aim goes all over the place.
Is there anything we can do with a ballistic curve that would counter this and make it playable in the meantime?
They're also planning a change in deadzone shape in the next patch.

Try moving the first point of a curve up the Y axis, or along the X axis. One or the other should counter the smaller deadzone. It sounds like the ST will need to be trained, so it's a short-term fix.

I tried but no luck.  No amount of deceleration seems to slow down the movements enough to make it playable.
They must be using a completely different response curve now.
Guess we're back to the waiting room  ;D

Yes, I don't know of any new games releasing in the next couple of weeks. Siege should have priority over other games once the update is available.
