Next Gen Support for Sony Nav?

I've been reading all the post about wireless mice and the Sony Nav and was thinking about switching over to this setup so I can play from my couch.

Will the nav be supported for next gen consoles for future iterations of the xim?

How? On the new bluetooth adapter? So it will support wireless configs and the Sony Nav?
