Yeah i'd hang on to it myself. But then again i'm using a xim 3 and no beta for me. Tbh, i'll probably not get a xim 4 until a few months after release. I remember the xim 3 release all to well to get caught up in that again!

Hard to say, is quite a while ago now. Felt like the whole thing was a bit of a palaver at the time though. I wasn't around for the edge release so that may well be more representative.

Given that I can use my xim3 on the ps4 and I only really play bf4 I'll save myself the stress of worrying about getting a xim4 until well after the first 'release' is done and dusted.

Good idea. I'm assuming you got the w11ce. Is it pretty smooth?

Yeah, got a W11ce (not THE w11ce of course ;)) ... tbh, the 360 ST via the xim3 feels more than good enough.

For me the Xim4 will become essential when games that are only the new-gen start to come out that I want to play. I know that for the next 3 - 5 months BF4 will have my focus ;)

Lol gotcha. Yeah I agree there is really no need for you to get the xim4 right away. I myself decided to wait however hoping things wouod get sorted out promptly. Now that it is a sure thing I am waiting to find out how long it will be till it gets released.

Not playing fps games is torture I can tell you that.

I am definitely getting a XIM4 down the road as well. But not necessarily right when it releases because it may be a mad house.

My WD works amazing enough that I'm in no rush. Of course if it isn't nuts and I can easily buy one without delay then I'll buy it day one.

Fps gamers anonymous. I must say that i picked up the mouse the other day and i really wanted to use it :( but i didnt because i dont have a w11ce yet

Od1n will update the first post soon. After that project WD is over. I quess i should say something touchy crap now...

Anyway, what was left? I learned some new things. Stuff about SPI that i didnt know before. This was the biggest sketch i have ever written to teensy. Also made twitch account because of this. Soo, actually not really that much.

Im sorry that the tutorial wasnt updated for over 2 months. When post modifying permissions were removed i lost interest to modify any posts. I dont want to PM mods because of that. Its just stupid.

And now to the next things on the list...

Btw: I hate it when you call it "w11ce". Its like calling Frankenstein's monster with "Frankenstein".

Name it? It already has name. The original was "USB -> DualShock 4 adapter", but because this is internet it was too complicated. So roads named it "W11cE Device" or "WD".
