My build turned out great. Just take your time and make sure the connections are good the first time around, don't rush things and be very patient.. I just had to make a few minor tweaks in the code and I was up and running killing folks left and right on bf4

I'm definitely playing better using it, my kills per game on average are climbing.

I actually got pretty good with the controller so I've yet to top my high in kills (42) that I had on a controller.
I'm definitely more consistent with the xim and winning more long range encounters. The Edge trulyworks beautifully on the PS4.

I just tested this with xbone ST. Deadzone is much closer to the real one. Really sweet micro-movements possible. Also reveals possible bug in this. Deadzone is a little to right. You can notice it on micro-movements.

PLEASE TEST THIS IF YOU CAN. If multiple people report about this i need to fix this.

Oh, and everyone testing: Dont use xbone controller. Use 360 controller as usual. In config creation just select xbone translator.

Nice, I'll try it out later tonight as soon as I get off work! Would you recommend it over the xbox360/ps3 ST? No need for the prerequisites  (blue tooth adapter, USB hub, etc) ?

And once the teensy's been flashed with Ver8, in order to make sure everything's working like it should, I plug the teensy into the computer, and then the 360 controller into the host shield.

Is the 360 controller supposed to show up in joy.cpl the same as when it's connected directly to the computer?

For instance, if I just directly connect the 360 controller to the computer I'd get this:


Should I be getting the same thing when the controllers connected to the host shield?

HI W11cE, I'm using the XIM4E on the PS4 with the modded DS4 controller. I'm going to try Ghosts out with the 360 ST. I'm just wondering would it be better to use the PS3 ST instead on the PS4?

You are looking for player 1 to light up...that's it.  If player 1 lights up, move on.  Forget joy.cpl at this point.

I do the 4151's next, and then test joy.cpl.  Don't forget to calibrate.

Lastly, the buttons.
