you can buy it from this site in english, shipping from US oregon, bend
but xim4 currently isnt out, but said to be released in Q1 2014

I'm only stating this based on assumption, but you should be able to buy the XIM4 from http://www.fumo-shop.com/?pid=46770426 when it releases

If you have chrome, you can have the browser translate the webpage to english

or you can use http://itools.com/tool/google-translate-web-page-translator in any browser I believe
