Razer Naga Help? No side buttons.

I have a regular razer Naga and I can't get the side buttons to work. I ran the newest xim manager and I wasn't given an option to update firmware. My xim is new so I assume it has the latest firmware. I bind them In the black ops 2 game manager but in game the binds are there but they only work with the number buttons on the keyboard (thats what naga side buttons are). Any help would be great.

I don't quite understand the issue. The side buttons are binding to keyboard keys in-game, correct? If so, the side buttons should be working.

The keys don't run in game. They are picked up by the game manager on pc. I don't know why...

I would try and old version but the other ones came out before black ops 2 wich is what I play primarly.

How do I try a release candidate?

I also tryed binding them in game with the same results. They work on the keyboard and not on the naga keys.

Naga Hex is supported (along with all the side buttons) with the latest XIM OS. Make sure you are running XIM OS 2.00.20121016. There is no RC at this time.

Naga Hex (and other "MMO" mice) expose those buttons as keyboard number keys. That's normal.
