Has Youtube been slow for you guys too?

Trying to figure out if I'm having connection issues or if it's on Youtubes side. Started the week BO2 came out. I used to always watch videos in 720p without any buffering. Now I struggle to watch them on 480. Just got a new 150$ router during the black Friday sales, so idk what else it could be.

today the upload to youtube was really slow, but besides that i dont have any issues in watching youtube videos on 1080p or even original size in a fast and smooth way
videos load instantly for me, and my connection is only half as fast as yours

sometimes it's like that, when I had fios which was never below 3MB/s (25+mb) for me I loaded super slow when at the same time my friend with Comcast would load it super fast if I sent it to him

Yeah I have a feeling it has something to do with my end. I might have a tech come take a look. I wonder what video buffer has to do with. Has to be bandwidth right?

Edit: seems to be working fine now but it's not in peak time. It's 1:30AM here so I'll have to try it tomorrow. Also plan on trying different browsers. Chrome is the browser I've been having this issue with.
