Logitech  MX Anywhere, and Logictech M510 wireless mice not working.

1. Updated OS.
2. Controller lights up #1 player.
3. Key board works.
4. correct sequence on inputs.

Both times I noticed the power light on the mice go out shortly after I plug in Edge. Batteries good.

What else can I do, I read all I could in the Forum.

Someone just reported this mouse as working. I hope that person can comment. As its based on the unifying adapter, I'm really surprised it doesn't work. How many devices do you have associated with your mouse adapter?

I have M510 and it works with edge. Just remember to plug the receiver to preferred mouse port or it will not work.
And about devices with unifying receivers: No mouse + kb in one receiver. You have to use separate receivers for mouse and kb on edge.

I used a new genuine MS wired controller.
The set up is: one logitech wired keyboard ( from working list ), mice mentioned, and controller.
port 1 controller, port 2 mouse receiver, port three key board.

I have my Dell touch pad listed in the Device manager as the only mouse driver.
Also, I downloaded the latest driver (unifying).

No I mean when you run the unifying adapter application. It'll tell you what devices are associated (paired) with the adapter.

Do you have another mouse you can try to help isolate the problem?

This is my 3rd one.

I tried an older Logitech Revelution wireless, The M510, and now I have the "Anywhere."
Why is it that the power light on the mice are not on. I have new batteries installed ?

Do you have a wired mouse you can try out? First thing we need to find out is if this is related to wireless or not.

I just tried a MS compact optical mouse 500 ( on the list), and still have no function.
In all cases: If I depress the right mouse button, my Edge blinks. No other responses.

Is it time to get an RMA number ?

Game Stop told me the newer Xbox's may not work the xim edge. The controller and key board work fine.

Nothing is wrong with your Edge. Gamestop said that??

If your Edge is blinking green when you press the right mouse button, that means its working. It blinks green to let you know it went into ADS mode.

The fact that your controller and keyboard are working means that there is nothing wrong with your Edge hardware. Since it blinked green, it means there is nothing wrong with the USB port you are plugging your mouse into. This must be a configuration issue.

Lets start from the beginning. What are you playing and what XIM OS does Manager say you are running?

And, absolutely no button on any mouse (wired and wireless) you've tried is detected, but, you have no problem binding keyboard keys?
